Application: automobile wheel hub unit parts.
Performance: Suitable for automobile especially car wheel hubs` internal and external flange forgings.
Advantages: Forgings are produced by 1000T+1600T electric screw press machine , using medium frequency induction heating and full automatic operating by robot , and Japan MANYO1300T walking beam forging equipment for high quality assurance, has lower allowance, advantages of materials saving and better metal streamline.

Gear Blanks
Application: automobile engine Balance Shaft.gearbox.differential gear blank etc.
Advantages: Forgings are produced by 1000T+1600T electric screw press machine and Swiss Hatebur high-speed forging equipment AMP30S with medium frequency induction heating and full automatic operating by Robot for high quality assurance, lower allowance, advantages of materials saving and better metal streamline.

Gear Sleeve
Application: automobile synchronization regulator, engine etc
Advantages: gear sleeve are produced by process of forging + hot ring rolling or cold rolling has advantages of materials saving and longer lifetime.
Dimension::OD: 30mm – 250mm.
Vane Ring
Application: automobile engine vane type oil pump, guiding androtating with the vane, offering oil to the automotive engine. Advantages: adopt high quality bearing steel pipe as raw material, manufacturing process including: turning, heat treatment, grinding, burnishing nondestructive crack detection, have advantages of low roughness, high precision, low cost and high reliability.
Application: applied to the automotive vaned oil pump, and worked with vane rings together to supply oil to automotive engine. Advantage: adopt high quality bearing steel as raw material, after turning, heat treatment, grinding, blasting, fluid polishing, NDT and other process, the products achieve low roughness, high accuracy and good reliability .because of manufactured by specialized machines, the products take the good advantage of low cost.

Application: in automobile transmission system as spacer of gear.

Application: Applied on automobile side air curtain. The function is for storing high-pressure inert gas and explosive. When a car accident occur, the ignition coil spark explosive to explosion, the high pressure push away the end sealing plug of steel tube, full fill airbags in the second, protect body from harm.
