APPLICATION

1.The bearings inner ring rotating;

2. Sometimes, dust scrap and not easy clean before assembly of dust particles into bearings;

4. Initially, bearings lubricated by grease, and later use oil to lubricate. Sealing performance requirements are relatively not very high, but not allow iron and alumium scrap bearings.

2. In the gearbox foreign matters can enter bearings easily, require bearings have a high compressive strength and wear resistance.

1. Sealed with try-lips light contact structure---having a high sealing performance and suitable for high-speed operation;

2. Using oil reservoir structured cages---increase the lubrication capability of bearings;

3. Optimize the groove curvature of outer ring and the raceway of inner ring---suitable for high-speed and reduce axial movement.
