Automotive bearings-electric car transmission system bearings is one kind of Deep Groove Ball Bearings.
Deep groove Ball Bearings(DGBB) are the widely used for transmission, instrumentation, electrical machinery, household appliances, internal combustion engines, vehicles, agriculture machinery, construction machinery, etc. DGBBs are suitable for high-speed applications which can withstand radial load, a certain amount of axial load in both directions and combine load. Structures of such bearings have open type, one side seals and dust cover, double side seals and dust cover, with snap ring, etc.

APPLICATION FEATURES
1. Operation of bearing inner ring;
2. Sometimes, aluminum scrap will enter the bearing inside gearbox;
3. Has a high load carrying capacity, and is able to withstand a certain degree of axial impact load. Need to ensure the service life of bearings under a high load;
4. Initially, bearings lubricated by grease, and later use oil to lubricate. Sealing performance requirements are relatively not very high, but not allow iron and aluminum scrap entering bearings.
PERFORMANCE
1. The service life is relatively high under high loads, general requirements of 3~5 times theory life;
2. In the gearbox, foreign matters can enter bearings easily, require bearings have a high compressive strength and wear resistance.

The material selection of bearing components;
1. Rings manufactured by high-purity specialty quality bearing steel;
2. Steel balls are from famous brand manufactures, that effectively guarantee materials and processing accuracy;
3. The bearing rings are manufactured by high speed forging +cold rolling, and do Nitrocarburizing on the raceway surface.
DESIGN STRUCTURES
1. Sealed with tri-lips light contact structure -- having a high sealing performance, and suitable for high-speed operation;
2. Using oil reservoir structured cages -- increase the lubrication capability of bearings;
3. Optimize the groove curvature of outer ring and the raceway of inner ring -- suitable for high-speed and reduce axial movement;
4. Both inner and outer bearing rings of high-emission vehicles are used forging process or nitriding treatment -- increase raceway strength, improve crush resistance, and abrasion resistance.
