ZXZ Auto pares The products which manufactured by our company such as Gear Blank ,gear sleeve,cam,2nd and 3rd generation hub bearings, Vane Of Oil Pump, Vane Ring Of Oil Pump, Shaft Sleeve ,have been widely used in gearbox, engine, hub of automobiles, and we are cooperative with customers from Audi ,GTMC,VW,DPCA,SAICMOTOR,FIAT, Hyundai. Forgings are produced by 1000T+1600T electric screw press machine, using medium frequency induction heating and full automatic operating by robot , and Japan MANYO1300T walking beam forging equipment for high quality assurance, has lower allowance, advantages of materials saving and better metal streamline. Use Swiss Hateubr high-speed forging equipment AMP30S, in order to avoid the risk of water caused cracks munting with lateral unloading system on the equipment, has advantages of lower allowance, better parallel and concentricity, no end face burr and chamfer defects happened.
