AGRICULTURE Insert Bearings
ZXZ can provide a full range of agricultural machinery bearings, mainly including the following types:
P bearings, including the Radial Insert Ball Bearings of the metric and the inch series.
Roundel bearing of sowing machine , Cylindrical bore, Square bore and Hex bore series. Each series includes a cylindrical OD or spherical OD.
SIZE
The P series of agricultural machinery bearings provided by ZXZ according to ISO 9628:2006 standard.
CS series bearing dimensions according to the standard of deep groove ball bearing 62 and 63, and conform to ISO 15:1998 standard, except the outer ring has a spherical OD. The other series conform to the standard of Fafnir.
TOLERANCE
The dimensional tolerances of P series bearings conform to table 1. The tolerance of CS series bearings according to ISO 492:2002 standard. The tolerance of bearing with hexagonal or square bore is made according to 0/+0.25.

CLEARANCE
The clearance of P series bearings according to table 2 standard. And are in accordance with Group N radial internal clearances as listed ISO 9628:2006.
The CS series bearing clearance according to the basic group clearance in the deep groove ball bearing and according to ISO5753:1991 standard.

MATERIALS
ZXZ agricultural machinery bearings are made of high quality high carbon chromium bearing steel .according to GB18254-2016 standard, providing guarantee for long life.
CAGES
ZXZ Agricultural Machinery Bearing are fitted with an injection moulded snap-type cage of glass fibre reinforced polyamide 66. These cages exhibit excellent performance characteristics in a variety of applications where operating temperatures do not exceed
The lubricants generally used for P-bearings do not have any detrimental effect on cage properties.
SEAL
ZXZ's agricultural mechanical bearings have three forms of seal structure:
1.The standard integral seal used in ZXZ –P and CS bearing units provides good protection against moisture and contaminants and also provides reliable retention of the lubricant .
2.For more contaminated conditions, P-bearing units fitted with plain steel flingers outside the integral seal should be used. The flingers have an interference fit on the inner ring and considerably enhance the sealing effect without increasing friction.
3.Where operating conditions are extremely contaminated and long service life is required, P-bearing units Tri-Ply Seal Series with the highly efficient multiple seal are recommended.
ADVANTAGE
1. Extend inner ring can increase hearing inner space with grease;
2. With rubber slinger can prevent water come into inner bearing;
3. Knurl seal groove can prevent seal turning under high torque;
4. Triple seal can prevent mud into bearing;
5. Adding grease between lips prevent water into bearings;
6. Square bore can transfer high torque.
