To adapt the development thread of automotive accessory products with dedicated, customized and unitized, we combined characteristics of automotive products, focus on research and development of Automotive Bearings and related parts, hub bearings, tension bearings, clutch release bearings, steering bearing, Water Pump Bearings (WB series, WR series), Vane Pump retaining ring, spherical roller, cam blocks, and other Auto Parts.

DESIGN STRUCTURE
1. INNER RING, OUTER RING, STEEL BALL:Bearing rings manufactured with high purity apecial bearing qualtiy steel;
2. CAGE: Glass fibre reinforced polyamide cage;
3. SEALING RINGS: 1. Inner rings with V-shaped groove; 2.Seal ring with triple-lip contact design
4. GREASE: Synthetic oil (base oil)+Polturea-based (thickener) grease;
5. OD with expansion nylon ring or "O" shaped rubber ring
APPLICATION AND FEATURES
Different kinds of auto bearings are customized to meet the various working conditions, and all of them need good quality and long life:
1. Alternator Bearings: inner ring rotation with high sealing performance, can bear high speed rootation, high & low temperature environment, low starting torque and long life.
2. Tensioner pulley bearing: outer ring rotation with load, but high requriement for temperature rising, grease leakage, anti-water in different conditions.
3. Electromagnetic clutch bearing: mostly are double row angular Ball Bearings, low radial load, rotation speed <=6000rpm, according to the working principle of electromagnetic clutch, as the bearing need to bear axial force intermittent and surrounding with water and dust, so high requirement for grease leakage, anti-dust and water proof.
4. Water pump bearing: high requirement for seal performance in high temperature or water vapor enviroment, excellent design for anti-dust and water proof.
