Deep groove ball bearings are versatile, self-retaining bearings with solid outer rings, inner rings and ball and cage assemblies.
They are of a simple design, robust in operation and easy to maintain.They are available in open and sealed designs. Due to the raceway geometry and the use of balls, deep groove ball bearings can support axial forces in both directions as well as radial forces.Deep groove ball bearings were specially developed in relation to low noise levels and low frictional torque. They are particularly suitable, for example, for use in electrical machinery, ventilators, washing machines and power tools.

2 , with a dust cover single row deep groove ball bearings
3 , with a dust cover , a ring of single row deep groove ball bearings
4, the stopper grooves and snap ring of single row deep groove ball bearing outer ring
5 , ball gap deep groove ball bearings
6 , double row deep groove ball bearings
According to the sizes of deep groove ball bearings can be divided into :
( 1 ) miniature bearings ---- nominal diameter size range of 26mm below the bearing ;
( 2 ) small bearings ---- nominal diameter size range of 28-55mm bearings ;
( 3 ) small and medium sized bearing ---- nominal diameter size range of 60-115mm bearings ;
( 4) large bearing ---- nominal diameter size range of 120-190mm bearing
( 5 ) Large bearing ---- nominal diameter size range of 200-430mm bearings ;
( 6 ) large bearings ---- nominal diameter size range of 440mm or more bearings.
